Introduction to SLC 500™ Automation Systems  -  2 Days   $ 800.00  
   
  An introductory level class providing familiarization with the fundamental principles pertaining to Automation Systems utilizing the SLC 500™ family of Programmable Controllers from Rockwell Automation.   
  You will learn what programmable controller systems are, how they work, and how they can be used to control various processes and machines. In addition, you will receive a thorough introduction to RSLogix 500™ software and learn how to interpret simple ladder logic.

SLC 500™ Systems Maintenance & Diagnostics  -  2 Days   $ 800.00  
   
  An intermediate level class providing familiarization with the essential maintenance and diagnostic principles for industrial automation control systems utilizing the SLC 500™ system of programmable controllers and RSLogix 500™ software from Rockwell Automation.   
  This course provides the necessary practice needed to interpret, isolate, and diagnose common hardware problems related to noise, power, and discrete and analog I/O. In troubleshooting scenarios, students are introduced to basic ladder logic interpretation, which is applied to diagnostic tasks. Students practice these diagnostic skills by tracing through ladder logic instructions in an RSLogix 500™ project.

SLC 500™ Project Development  -  2 Days   $ 800.00  
   
  An intermediate level class providing familiarization with the essential programming and project development principles for industrial automation control systems utilizing the SLC 500™ system of programmable controllers and RSLogix 500™ software from Rockwell Automation.  
  This course provides the essential skills required to create a program, step-by-step, to meet the requirements of a given functional specification. As you build each section of the program, you will gain experience that can be applied to your own RSLogix 500™ projects  
PVS-100 Integrating a PanelView™ Operator Interface  -  2 Days   $ 800.00  
   
  An intermediate level class designed to provide hands-on experience with proven concepts and techniques for successfully integrating the Allen-Bradley PanelView™ standard operator interface into an existing SLC 500™ control system.  
  Upon completion of this course, students will have successfully designed, configured and programmed an operator interface system utilizing PanelBuilder32™ development software and RSLinx™ communication software.  An existing SLC 500™ control system and RSLogix 500™ project will be utilized for this class.   
  In addition, students will learn how to diagnose and resolve problems with the PanelView™ operator interface and PanelBuilder32™ application in order to reduce machine downtime.

  An introductory level class providing familiarization with the fundamental principles of electricity and its application in an industrial environment.  Class time will be divided between lecture and hands-on exercises. 
 
  The exercises will involve basic series and parallel circuit construction and troubleshooting.  More complex motor control circuits will be constructed and explored during the final portion of the class.
